This is one of the most common findings at commercial properties — especially older buildings where panel capacity was sized before EV demand existed. If your existing service is insufficient, the report will document the shortfall and outline options: a panel upgrade, a load management strategy that maximizes ports within current capacity, a phased deployment that stays within limits, or a utility service upgrade with SCE. A physical site visit is required for an accurate assessment. Electrical panel specifications, physical panel condition, available conduit pathways, and parking layout cannot be reliably evaluated from drawings or photos alone. We send a qualified technician to your property — the visit is typically 1–2 hours and causes no disruption to tenants or operations.
