Gorgen EV Charging Installations was founded on a simple observation: the Inland Empire commercial real estate market was underserved. National EV charging networks were focused on highway corridors and major metro retail. Local electrical contractors were residential-focused and unfamiliar with the commercial permitting environment, utility programs, and load management requirements that commercial properties demand.
We built a commercial-only operation from the ground up — with C-10 electrical contractor licensing, EVITP certification, SCE Charge Ready program familiarity, and direct relationships with Riverside County and San Bernardino County building departments. The result is a contractor that speaks the language of property managers and delivers projects on timeline.
Based in Hemet, we serve the full Inland Empire: Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and the Coachella Valley. Our team knows the local permitting timelines, utility infrastructure, and commercial real estate landscape better than contractors driving in from Los Angeles.

Residential charger installers use residential-grade methods — undersized conduit, basic wiring, no permit coordination. Commercial properties require load calculations, utility pre-application, permit management, and equipment rated for 24/7 use. We were built for that from day one.

We understand that property managers answer to owners, HOA boards, and tenants simultaneously. We provide written site assessment reports, installation documentation, and permit packages — everything you need to keep stakeholders informed without becoming an EV charging expert yourself.
Incentive Specialists
SCE Charge Ready, CALeVIP, and the federal 30C tax credit together cover a significant portion of commercial EV charging costs — but only if your contractor knows how to navigate them. We identify every program your property qualifies for and manage the application process as part of our standard service.

We evaluate your electrical infrastructure, parking layout, utility service capacity, and project scope. You receive a written report with load study results and recommended next steps — no commitment required.
Design & Incentive Plan
We design the charging layout, specify equipment, identify every applicable incentive program (SCE, CALeVIP, 30C), and provide a project proposal with transparent cost ranges.
Permit & Installation
We file all permit applications, coordinate utility interconnection, and install the complete system — conduit, wiring, charging units, and network configuration. You don't manage any of it.
Commissioning & Handoff
We complete final inspection, configure the network management platform, train your team on the system, and deliver full project documentation. Your chargers go live on schedule.
